Our alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice initially grew out of our construction industry concentration.  Our lawyers were serving as mediators and arbitrators long before the rest of the legal community began to appreciate ADR processes as efficient and effective alternatives to litigation. In the twenty-first century, however, ADR is no longer limited to construction cases and disputes. We serve as neutrals in many different substantive legal areas, including complex commercial disputes, real estate-related disputes, personal injury, property damage and insurance disputes. Our lawyers serve on the Mediation Panel of the American Arbitration Association as well as its Commercial, Construction and Large and Complex Case Arbitration Panels. Our lawyers include mediators registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to whom just about any variety of civil case may be assigned by the Courts.
